About Treehouse Learning Center

Our Story

Treehouse Learning Center is an award-winning childcare center in Gahanna, Ohio, founded by parents David and Andrea. We’re more than just a daycare–we’re a family committed to exceptional care. Our personal approach stems from our experience as parents of three children, understanding the importance of a safe, nurturing environment for learning and growth.

David’s mother, Teresa Brentley, founded the business alongside her son and daughter-in-law. Everyone referred to her as “Tree,” hence how we came up with the name Treehouse Learning Center. Teresa had been involved in childcare for decades. When the Brentley’s had their first daughter, Makayla, Teresa wanted her to learn from the best, which is how their childcare business came to life.

David is actively involved in daily operations, interacting with children and ensuring their happiness and safety. Andrea manages critical backend operations, from curriculum implementation to state compliance. We treat every child as our own, regardless of their tuition status.
